Dispozitiv, a scholarly and professional journal of art theory and of the visual, performing and applied arts, invites authors to submit papers for its second issue, dedicated to the theme Aesthetics of Uncertainty in Transition. The call remains open until the issue is filled, with a submission deadline of 15 October 2026, and the print and electronic editions are scheduled for publication in December 2026. The journal promotes the visual, performing and applied arts on both the national and international stage, and through scientific studies, professional articles, interviews, reviews, critical commentaries and artistic works it provides a platform for highlighting and analysing contemporary developments and phenomena in the world of art. Each issue focuses on selected themes, enabling in-depth exploration and presentation of new trends and works by national and international artists. The journal is published annually by the University of Rijeka, Academy of Applied Arts, in Rijeka, Croatia.
